How long does it take to prepare my order?

All our products are handmade and made to order, so preparation takes 7-10 business days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an update with the shipping number.

With which company is my order shipped?

Shipments within Greece are made with ACS Courier or a partner courier. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from shipment.

Are the products ready or made after order?

All products are handmade and made to order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Greece and Europe. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us.

Do you offer personalized orders?

Yes, we can create customized products or customize some of our designs. Contact us for more information.

Are the colors exactly as in the photo?

We do our best to accurately represent colors, but there may be slight differences due to lighting or screen.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
